Brief History of Dr. Francis

Dr. Francis has been involved in ministry for well over thirty years throughout the Caribbean ministering in various capacities.   Trained as a pastor in Trinidad, West Indies and concluding his studies in the United States of America, he presently resides in the United States Virgin Islands where he pastors a Wesleyan Holiness Church. The motto he carries is, “never start that which you cannot complete.”  Nonetheless, Dr. Francis is not just a pastor.  He has been involved in various ministries such as Evangelism, lectures, teaching, singing, and is the author of various articles.  Also, he has been the message of salvation in radio ministry for over fifteen years.
